Abigail Joslyn is a Hawai‘i-based hospitality executive, creative entrepreneur and culinary artist. A graduate of the The Culinary Institute of America with over 15 years of experience leading and building globally recognized food and lifestyle brands.
As the founder of Abi Rose LLC, she blends hospitality, art, and intentional community through creative consulting, immersive experiences, and small-batch creative goods.
Her work focuses on concept development, operational strategy tool development, menu innovation, brand storytelling, and cultivating meaningful human connection through food and creativity.
Before launching Abi Rose Studio, Abigail served as Chief Operating Officer of Honolulu Coffee, overseeing operations across Hawai‘i and international markets, and previously held leadership roles with Magnolia Bakery in New York and abroad, where she helped open and scale multiple global locations.
She is also the author of Waves of Thought, a poetry and watercolor collection inspired by nature, reflection, and the rhythms of everyday life.
Through all of her work, Abigail aims to create experiences that nourish the soul through art, food, and connection.
