A Creative Hospitality Studio

I’m Abigail Rose Joslyn, a hospitality executive, culinary artist, and founder of Abi Rose LLC.

A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, I’ve spent the past 15+ years helping build globally recognized hospitality brands, including Magnolia Bakery and Honolulu Coffee, before launching Abi Rose LLC, a creative hospitality studio where strategy, art, food, and storytelling come together.

I believe the most memorable brands aren’t built by accident. They’re created through intentional systems, meaningful hospitality, and experiences that make people feel genuinely cared for. 

And I genuinely love solving those puzzles.

Today, I partner with businesses and individuals to create thoughtful experiences through operational strategy, culinary innovation, creative storytelling, and authentic human connection.

I’m also the proud author of Waves of Thought, a collection of poetry and watercolor inspired by nature, curiosity, and the quiet beauty of everyday life. This book reflects the same philosophies that guides my work.
